KOPĀ CREATIVE

01 PRE-PRODUCTION
The process began with extensive artistic and historical research. Van Gogh's paintings were selected and organized according to period, subject matter, visual style and emotional intensity.
A narrative structure was developed around the selected works. Paintings were grouped through shared motifs, color palettes, brushwork and atmosphere, creating a visual progression from the artist's early work to his most expressive later periods.
Creative direction and art direction included the overall dramaturgy, visual concepts for each scene and the principles connecting the individual chapters.
02 PRODUCTION
During production, the paintings were adapted to the panoramic environment and transformed into dynamic compositions. The artworks were separated into layers, allowing us to introduce depth, parallax and controlled movement.
Animation and compositing were primarily completed in Adobe After Effects. The workflow included 2.5D compositions, mask animation, displacement effects, particle systems, procedural distortions and animated textures.
Cinema 4D was used for three-dimensional sequences, complex camera movements and spatial transformations. Each scene was designed to work simultaneously across the surrounding screens and the projected floor.
Approximately 20 scenes were produced and connected through dynamic transitions based on color, form, painterly textures and particles.

03 FINALIZATION & DELIVERY
During the final stage, all scenes were assembled and synchronized within the PIXERA media server system . The content was distributed across the projection surfaces, with mapping, geometry and screen transitions carefully calibrated.
A dedicated sound design was developed alongside the visuals. Musical and atmospheric layers were synchronized with the rhythm of the animation, reinforcing the emotional character of each scene.
The final result is a continuous 360° experience in which painting, animation, spatial composition and sound function as one integrated system.
